To often, the general public just sits back as very qualified doctors and medical professionals make mistakes in the normal course of their everyday business. Their business is the treatment of us, the average citizen. Regardless of how unpleasant it, you still need to stand tough and seek what is rightfully yours. Doctors and other professionals are NOT on some tall pedestal that can’t be touched.
