Panther Platform Rentals, one of the most experienced teams in the powered access industry, have invested £2.5m in boosting their fleet of machines as the company continues to grow apace. An additional 150 scissor and boom lifts have been purchased in order to service an increasing client-base across the UK.
Operating from six branches throughout the country, including new depots in Manchester and Lincoln, Panther Platform Rentals are expanding their business in the wake of its acquisition by Lavendon Group, Europe's leading supplier of powered access equipment. The new investment consists of a wide range of scissor and boom lifts, specially selected from major suppliers including Niftylift, Skyjack and Genie.
"This is a most significant investment for Panther Platform Rentals and one that was necessary in order to meet increasing demand," said Panther Platform Rentals joint Managing Director Richard Miller. "We now supply clients across the country and we simply needed more machines.
